Work
Education systems shape not only how children learn but also how they understand belonging, fairness, and participation in society. Over time, several ideas have come to guide my work at the intersection of justice, education and inclusion.
These ideas are not abstract theories. They emerge from experiences working with educators, communities, and institutions seeking to build learning environments where every child can thrive.

- Safeguarding training for educators and school leaders
- Development of comprehensive safeguarding policies and frameworks

- Support for schools building safer learning environments
My work draws on restorative approaches that focus on repairing harm, strengthening relationships, and building more humane responses to conflict. Restorative practices encourage dialogue, accountability, and understanding rather than punishment. These methods help schools and communities respond to conflict in ways that build trust.
Key Activities:
- Restorative justice training programs
- Dialogue facilitation for educators and communities
- Workshops on restorative approaches in schools
- Support for institutions exploring restorative practices
Education systems are strengthened through shared learning and collective action. I facilitate dialogue initiatives that bring together educators, organizations, and policymakers working toward inclusive education. These conversations create opportunities to share experiences and develop collaborative, system-wide approaches to education reform.
Key Activities:
- Dialogue initiatives connecting educators and institutions

Transforming education systems requires collaboration. I welcome opportunities to work with educators, organizations, and institutions that are committed to building inclusive and supportive learning environments.
